We had a such wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. Efficient staff and the place was tidy. The room was exceptionally clean and huge and the bathroom was nice. Its food was good, with a wide range of meals.

the service here was excellent. our room was spotless with toiletries, again a good salad, for example, slept well.

Modern room, good breakfast, with a lovely rooftop pool offering fine views over the coast, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and local shops.

I didn´t like the beds. A bit too hard for me. And it was very tiny walls. You could hear the neighbours....

We liked the location and the armosphere of the hotel .The food was good and it was a good place for a family holiday and a good value for money.

Just we would like the restaurant staff to speak better English because sometimes we couldn't get each other.We'll go there next year for sure.

The rooftop pool was fantastic, offering fine views over the coast. The breakfast had an very nice variety, with tasty options like fresh pastries that left me energized for the day. The recently renovated room was stylishly decorated, and I loved the comfortable bed with me with a great night's sleep.

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noise from nearby rooms at times.

I'm very disappointed with my recent stay in Santa Rosa. Hotel didn't meet standard of 3*** Unprofessional staff, poor standard of room and hotel facilities. Sadly I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a small friendly and very clean hotel. The main clients seemed to be French and German. We did not meet any other English clients. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooftop pool area offers opportunities for sunbathing and has a bar serving drinks with a solid view, perfect for chilling out. Breakfast spread features a variety of options, but don't expect traditional English fare. It's more about local flavors and pastries.

The room I got had a balcony so cramped that only one person could stand on it at a time, completely lacking any decent view. Air conditioning was nonexistent, leading to a warm room during the day, although a fan helped. They don't allow pets in dining areas, forcing furry companions to stay cooped up in rooms while you eat, a letdown. Noise travels through the walls, so if the neighbors are rowdy, you'll hear all about it.

The swimming pool and terrace on the roof were perfect for soaking up the sun! The rooms have been recently renovated and are stylish and comfortable. I was impressed by the staff, who were always friendly and eager to help with any requests. The breakfast offered an extensive range of delicious options, and I never felt they would run out of anything. It was really good!

The check-in process could have been a bit smoother.

The rooftop bar was AMAZING! Enjoyed delicious cocktails with stunning views 🌅. Rooms were clean with a comfortable bed but no kettle for tea. Would return for the great atmosphere!
